Ship export business of CEIEC is developed on the basis of ship export by its subsidiary—CEIEC Shandong Company. Since CEIEC Shandong Company started ship building and ship export in 2002, CEIEC has gained a good credit and reputation in World ship market. From 2005 to 2009, 48 ships, which valued 1.23 billion USD in total, have been exported, and another 33 ships with a total value of 1.12 billion USD were under contracts for export.

With several years’ experiences of ship export, CEIEC has built a professional and fully experienced team of international ship export, with CEIEC Shandong Co. as the mainstay. The Corporation, with good standing of banks and extensive financing channels, as well as the ripe capability of capital operations and risk control, has been keeping a smooth cooperation and reliable credit with most major Chinese shipyards. Apart from ship export, CEIEC has established its own off-shore container flotilla.

Currently, CEIEC has exported various types of ship, including container vessel, multipurpose vessel, bulk carrier, chemical vessel, and oil tanker. Ships exported, ranging from 5000 ton to 100,000 ton in tonnage, have been already delivered, on schedule, to owners from Germany, Greece, and Norway. As far as contracting and delivery capability concern, the company can export and deliver more than 20 ships each year.
