In July 2007, CEIEC signed the contract with an African country for the construction of an important government base. This project covered an area of 100,000 m2 with a floor area of 20,000 m2, including the office building, conference hall, gymnasium, swimming pool, basketball court and helipad.

This project is a 5A level intelligent building, which is the most advanced and intelligent amongst the existing buildings in this country.
The owner’s expectations were exceeded with the excellent quality and timing schedule, for which CEIEC was commented as the best partner in the market. The President of this country attended the completion ceremony and cut the ribbon.
