CEIEC signed the contract in 2005 to rebuild and enlarge the water supply system in three regions of an African country. The project was completed in 2007 and included the following:

• Designing
• Supplying and installing of equipment
• Constructing water treatment plant and cistern
• Laying municipal water distribution network and pipeline
• Adjusting and operating the system
• Post-project operation and maintenance work.
