Administration building of Angola, contracted by CEIEC, was completed on June 1st, 2009, and handed over smoothly on July 22th,2009. At the handover ceremony, CEIEC representative delivered the golden key to the owner, symbolizing the completion and transfer of the project. Meanwhile, the owner and the project supervisor signed the takeover certificate, marking the beginning of 18 months quality guarantee of the project.
The project complex, covering an area of 100,000 ㎡, and a floor space of 20,000 ㎡, includes an office building, a conference hall, a gym, a swimming pool, a basketball court and a helicopter pad, and etc. It’s a fully-intelligent 5-A class complex, and well stands out at present among all the completed structures in the owner’s country.
Satisfied with both the progress and quality of the project, the owner applauds CEIEC as the most cooperative Chinese company of Angola.
The completion and transfer of the project enables CEIEC to further gain experiences and achievements in oversea project contract. Consequently, it will surely help the strategic transformation of CEIEC.
